Professor Robert Eager
Professor Eager is a Consultant in Emergency Medicine at the Midland Regional Hospital, Tullamore. A Dublin native, Professor Eager completed his specialist training in the UK, after which he worked as a consultant at the Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospital NHS Trust. Professor Eager returned to Ireland in 2007 and took up a consultant post in MRHT. He is Adjunct Clinical Professor with the University of Limerick School of Medicine. He has a particular interest in Medical Education, Simulation and Emergency Ultrasound. He has had a long history of involvement with national education and training bodies, and is currently the National Clinical Lead for the NDTP Model 3 Hospital Project.
